thursdays rugby at VRS Rugby started with a hugely significant "pep talk" and with a much better platform, that’s when people need to talk about the week and our routines.

If you ask any VRS player, they all want to be a part of this new tradition we have every week...a Rugby lunch. It's nothing special about the Rugby lunch...but we never hava such a tradition in our school.

It’s simply one of the most memorable things you’ll ever do in our school, a lot of players will be out to impress me [the Coach] and their camrates.

Actually our personnel at school it's quiet amaze with the idea...

It’s easy to get stagnant, but many players came in with new ideas and a new voices will hopefully give us the inspiration that we need to go on and pick up where we left last grey monday.

With our enthusiasm renewed, we made the most of an opportunity to inspire the next generation of players, [åk 7].

When I look back at some of the rugby heroes I had when I was growing up, if I’d seen them promoting games and been able to meet them, it would definitely have done it for me at the time. That’s why I’m involved in this sport.

And despite the last grey monday the safari continues as we started it since our first day in our very long journey.

We know each other fairly well, they have a rugby shirt number and will be looking to protect rugby culture at our school. We’re well supported at home and obviously the lads like playing there so hopefully that will give us the advantage to be much better.

it was a fantastic finish after Rugby days to decide with a touch-match! all did there best to solve various Rugby situations in sport, well done guys! Again we had the weather with us and you had all the energy in each attack or defenses situation...

Today we test, tag-rugby. touch, kick, drop kick, tackling drill so well done! Tomorrow, unfortunately, is the last day of instruction and rugby, we will use the entire session to play and I want you to use all these "rugby-keys" you received from us...
