i går tordags hade vi vår årliga middag-träff-uppdate, elever ifrån åk 7, 8 och 9 hade det roliga stunder med Sveriges "sämsta reklam" eller "har ru inte fått nån klubba ännu?"

tack för en mkt annorlunda torsdag...hoppas på flera sådana middagar!

Länge leve rugbyn och kamratskapet!

på måndag kör vi som vanligt 16hrs INOMHUS i övre hallen!

vg. glöm ej tandskydd-vatten flaska och massor med energi ;-)

vi ses på måndag!

måndag efter passet vet vi vem som blir vår första kapten för oktober månad.

it was a fantastic finish after Rugby days to decide with a touch-match! all did there best to solve various Rugby situations in sport, well done guys! Again we had the weather with us and you had all the energy in each attack or defenses situation...

Today we test, tag-rugby. touch, kick, drop kick, tackling drill so well done! Tomorrow, unfortunately, is the last day of instruction and rugby, we will use the entire session to play and I want you to use all these "rugby-keys" you received from us...
