Todays pass was brilliant!                        

Rugby is a superb sport, a passion and you will see it with the right time in the pitch.

There is N O T H I N G  like it on or off the field.

Today's rugby pass has the best, a blend of strategy, strength, speed, and instinct. The main object was to win meters by carrying, passing, communicate and show with your hands where do you want the ball simple enough was'nit? . . .

ah right! 15 times 5 sit ups and 6 time 2 push-ups ;-D

This week's pass has been designed to get our players passing the ball quicker through the attacking line's hands, working towards the space. 

In the context of the game players rarely need to pass in quick succession for more than 3 or 4 passes, usually when passer and receiver are under opposition pressure or when shifting the point of attack. For this reason it's important that all your players are able to think fast and pass quickly.
