i tisdags jobbade man på bra tycker jag, vi arbetade bland annat med "full support all the way to the in goal line!" det fungerade faktiskt bra...

Har hört att några hade lite tränings påminnelse i dag onsdag frå gårdagens pass! Många av Er bekräftar gång på gång att RUGBY är rolig och man vill satsa 100% och detta märks ska jag jag säga!

I'm looking forward to renewing our midfield play with the rest of the team when the side, and scrum game continues its quest for a game away to Gubbängen...much soner now

Whenever a player comes in, you try to forget a partnership with him and we'll try and pick up where we left off.

We have four guys who have been training really well and done well in the school pass matches they've played...

There's no problem in playing the four of them. The problem comes in who to leave out. They've done nothing wrong...

If we'll play with a 5 scrum men and a touch game we need of course all the players to do that and I'belive we'll be able to do that all ready next thursday!

Please I'will that you do not forget that we have our passes tuesdays at school and thursdays at NÄG 16.00Hrs sharp.

Vad ska man ha på sig på träning ?

Oömma kläder och gympaskor (helst fotbollskor med vanliga runda dobbar)

Behöver man något skydd ?

Endast tandskydd (kan köpas i sportaffärerer ca 50-60:-)

 Är det farligt att spela rugby ?

Rugby är relativt lite skadedrabbat även om det är en fysisk sport. Man får bara tackla bollbäraren och eftersom vi inte har några hårda skydd så blir tacklingen bara kropp mot kropp utan risk för att ett hårt skydd kan träffa en oskyddad del. Innan vi börjar tackla eller vi blir tacklade lär man sig teori-praktik under kontrollerade former.

Trygg&Säker

Något som vi arbetar mycket med inför och under e-val är barnen och deras säkerhet under själva arrangemanget.

Ledarna
Något som är viktigt då det gäller säkerhet på e-val är att spelarna är så trygga som möjligt. Inför våra läger lägger vi därför ner mycket kraft och energi på att ta itu med hur vi genomför varje pass.

Hur man når ledarna under e-val
Under själva e-val vecka går det att nå den coachen på plats eller via e-post.

Förebyggande säkerhetsarbete
Inför e-val arbetar VRS RUGBY TEAM med ett förebyggande säkerhetsarbete samt vårt första XV lag tränar tisdagar och torsdagar och förbereder veckan [kom förbi om ni är nyfikna så ni ser hur ett pass går till].

Regler
För att e-val skall kunna fungera och för att säkerheten skall vara så hög som möjligt under lägret är det viktigt att ha regler att följa. Det är övergripande regler om att visa respekt och god kamratskap med kompisar och tränare och specifika regler under träning och mellan träningarna på e-val.

Regler på e-val läger:  

• Svordomar och allmänt dåligt uppförande accepteras INTE.
• Visa ALLTID respekt för dina träningskamrater och för dina tränare.
• Ta med dig påfylld vattenflaska till varje träningspass.
• Mobiltelefoner skall vara avstängda vid alla aktiviteter.
• Lämna aldrig IP anläggningen eller passet utan att ha samtalat först med tränaren
• Passa tider.
• Ha kul och MASSOR med energi med dig!

t is increasingly likely that this Six Nations title will be won by a hunched bloke sitting in the stand, eyes trained on a monitor.

Last year, Wales won a grand slam not so much because they played their opponents off the park, but because they stopped them crossing their try-line. Full stop. Shaun Edwards's mean machine coughed up only two tries in five matches and it made all the difference.

This season is shaping up similarly. The most striking memory of Paris, at least to the television viewer, was the blue midfield blitz that gave Wales no room whatsoever on the few occasions they escaped the clutches of an outstanding French back row.

Italy have managed only one try so far this tournament, in the form of Mirco Bergamasco's consolation effort against England, who are yet to concede a try with 15 men on the field. It is tight out there, too tight.

Is this something to be concerned about? Tries, after all, are not the be-all and end-all of a good game of rugby.

Congratulations to Wales on their World Cup Sevens win in Dubai. In theory, it could be the sort of shock result that persuades the International Olympic Committee that sevens is a spectator-friendly, worthwhile addition to the Olympic schedule. There is only one snag: if it does get the Games nod, it would have to be a Team GB squad, wouldn't it? Making a Lions Test XV is hard enough, let alone squeezing into a "Best of British VII".

Hello lads! today we'll have a rugby match game on the big screen!

play for the 3th possition [broze] in World Cup in France 2007!

Comments:

Usually the third place play offs are a bit of a joke and quite difficult for the teams playing. After all, it's the Rugby World Cup singular.

Not Rugby World Couple...but in this case...bronze is as good as Gold.

This was the Pumas 6th win over France in seven encounters and from all reports was a completely different ball game from the opening day close encounter of the soon to be third kind! The Pumas won that match 17-12 but it was a slog.

Not so this one.

Argentina has proved that they are a force to be ruckoned with an absolutely thrilling show of attacking Rugby.

I didn't watch the match live but I did record it and I wish we had watched it live. It was an impressive victory. They really opened up their game and were rewarded with a quintuplet of tries.
